Soirée musicale avec Pete Fortier
A native of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, Pete Fortier has been writing and composing songs for years. Inspired by the Cowboys Fringants and Vilain Pingouin, among others, he lived a well-ordered life before finally stepping into the void in 2020. At the dawn of his thirties, the electromechanic and father of two decided to give his musical project all the attention it deserved, and launched his debut album, Perdre le contrôle in June 2021. Its first two singles, À ceux qui nous aiment and La 25e bannière, produced by Joël Côté-Bergevin, confirmed his talent, earning a place in the charts as soon as they were released. Me sentir vivant earned him the title of iHeartRadio Future Star of the Month for May 2023 on the Énergie network. Since then, Pete has been criss-crossing the province of Quebec, performing this first opus and working on a new album due for release in the fall of 2025.
